Starting June 15, 2025, CalVEBA members receiving GLP-1 medications through Express Scripts will have their prescriptions automatically transitioned to EnReachRx and EnGuide Pharmacy (if you receive your prescriptions via home delivery). 

Impacted plans: UnitedHealthcare HMO, UMR PPO, and Surest PPO

Here’s what you need to know: 

• Refills Available: If you have refills remaining, log in to Express-Scripts.com, locate your medication, and place an order. 

• No Refills Remaining: EnGuide Pharmacy will assist with the transition by contacting your doctor for a new prescription. 

Important notes:  

• If you receive your prescription through a retail pharmacy, only Walgreens and Costco participate in EnReachRx.  

• Other retail pharmacies can still fill your GLP-1 prescriptions, but without EnReachRx’s clinical management and support.   

• All GLP-1 home delivery prescriptions will be transitioned to EnGuide Pharmacy by June 15, 2025. Auto refills will be turned off.
