Student Registration

Registration for the upcoming school year is a three-part process that must be completed for every student.

Step 1

Access your Aeries Parent Portal account at using the Aeries SIS Portal.
If you do not have an account, please create one in order to continue the registration process. (Aeries Setup Guide) The student ID Number, VPC code, and primary phone number of record will be needed to create an account—this data was mailed from the district office in February. If you cannot locate the ID number or VPC code, please visit your student's school to get this information.

Step 2

Complete the data confirmation online in Aeries. The data confirmation screen will open on August 6, 2018 and will need to be completed prior to the August in‐person registration. Review, print, and sign the emergency card along with any other forms required by your student's school. (Aeries Data Confirmation Guide)

Step 3

Students should bring the emergency card along with any other forms to the required August in‐person registration at their school. Please refer to the below links or each school's website for registration dates, times, and additional forms to bring.
