California State University (CSU) Schools
 
October 1, 2016, marks the first day that current high school seniors are eligible to apply for California State University (CSU) schools and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the Fall 2017 semester.

The CSU system includes popular local schools like California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), and California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). To learn more and submit an application to a CSU, visit https://csumentor.edu.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

After you submit your CSU application, also submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Each year, FAFSA provides more than $150 billion in federal grants, loans, and work-study funds to more than 13 million students paying for college or career school. To learn more or to fill out an application, visit http://fafsa.ed.gov.
