The District is a part of the West Orange County BTSA Induction Program, a consortium that additionally serves teachers in the Huntington Beach City School District, Ocean View School District, and Westminster School District.  This program is designed to support the professional development of newly-credentialed, beginning teachers and fulfill the requirements of the California Clear Multiple and Single Subjects Credential.  

In honor of those that have completed the program, an Induction Colloquium was held so teachers may share their experiences and be presented with a certificate of completion.

With the knowledge gained from the BTSA program, its leadership team members, and support providers, these newly-credentialed teachers can continue educating HBUHSD students through both traditional and innovative curriculum.
